Our newest and quickest to install attachment system is our Joint Interlocking Channel System. We took feedback from regular users of our system and married it with our already successful Interlocking Channel System.

In this system, the panels still come from the factory with interlocking channels pre-mounted and gauged on the back of the panels, however far less field channels are required. The top channel on the panel now acts as the field channel for the bottom of the panel above.

As before, following shop drawings, the first row of mating sections of interlocking channel are screw attached to the building wall.

The first panel is then lifted into place and lowered so that the bottom interlocking channels engage. Now the top extrusion is screwed to the wall. This top extrusion is now the bottom mating section for the next panel. The top joint interlocking channel section can be shimmed off the wall to adjust for differences in the wall as necessary to plumb the panel.

The next panel is simply stacked on top of the panel below and screwed to the wall through the top channel. With this very simple installation system and the ease of handling the panels, the installation proceeds very quickly offering extreme construction speed.
