StoneLite™ panels are very easy to field set with our interlocking channel system. It is typically done with a two to three man crew of carpenters. The panels come from the factory with interlocking channels pre-mounted and gauged on the back of the panels. Following shop drawings, mating sections of interlocking channel are screw attached to the building wall.

With a 4' x 8' panel only weighing about 115 lbs, roughly the same as 3/4" plywood, two men can easily handle the panels without the need for hoisting equipment.

The panels are lifted into place and lowered so that the interlocking channels engage. The interlocking channel sections can be shimmed off the wall to adjust for differences in the wall or inside of the channel if a panel needs to raised slightly.
